By booking our services or accessing our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Booking & Payments
- A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid on or before the final delivery of photos or videos.
- Bookings are confirmed only after payment acknowledgment from Amogha Studio.
- Prices are subject to change based on service requirements, dates, and customized requests.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
- Clients may reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice (subject to availability).
- Cancellations made after booking will forfeit the advance payment.
- Amogha Studio reserves the right to reschedule in case of unavoidable circumstances (weather, technical issues, etc.), with prior notice.
3. Photography & Editing
- All images and videos will be professionally edited as per our studio’s creative standards.
- Additional edits or retouch requests beyond the agreed scope may include extra charges.
- Raw, unedited photos or footage will not be shared, unless stated in your package.
4. Delivery
- Edited photos and videos will be delivered within the agreed time frame (typically 10–20 business days).
- Delivery timelines may vary based on project size and editing requirements.
- Files will be shared through secure online links, drives, or physical storage media (if included in the package).
5. Copyright & Usage Rights
- All photographs and videos remain the intellectual property of Amogha Studio.
- Clients are granted personal use rights for printing, sharing, and display.
- Amogha Studio may use selected photos/videos for portfolio, website, or promotional use, only with client consent.
6. Client Responsibility
- Clients must arrive on time for their sessions and provide accurate event details.
- Amogha Studio is not responsible for delays, missed shots, or cancellations caused by client unavailability or incorrect information.
7. Refund Policy
- Advance booking fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds are not applicable once the photoshoot or event has been completed.
8. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver high-quality results, Amogha Studio will not be liable for any indirect loss, data corruption, or delay caused by technical failure or natural circumstances beyond control.
9. Policy Updates
Amogha Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
